Cozy, cute and needs another sleeve button

I just got this to stay warm in the receiving room that I work in all day (concrete + cold air from doors being open lots during the day). I like the weight of it, the easy snaps, and the pockets that I've missed in other shirts like this. I really wish the wrist cuff had an extra snap so I could adjust the opening to fit my wrist better. The sleeves are long on me (I'm 5'4), and I have to roll the cuff back a little so that my hands don't disappear in the sleeves.
